Product Overview
The hands free keyfob provides ultimate simplicity in access by simultaneously supporting long range, hands free, and contactless token modes when used with any Paxton10 reader. The Paxton10 hands free keyfob combines the latest NFC and Bluetooth™ technology together in a compact form factor. The inclusion of NFC allows the keyfob to continue to function as a RFID token even after the battery has expired.
To issue the keyfob, the user’s information is entered into the Paxton10 web-based software. The keyfob is added to the system by presenting to a Paxton10 desktop reader (010-387-US). Access is granted by holding the keyfob close to the reader. The users credentials are checked and the user is granted or denied access according to their permissions in the Paxton10 system.
