The Pass & Seymour TR63-HLA tamper-resistant hospital receptacle by Legrand features a thermoplastic dual mechanism shutter system designed to prevent foreign object insertion. The nickel-plated brass triple-wipe power contacts ensure lasting retention, while strap tabs securely lock the face to the body. Constructed with impact-resistant nylon and anchored with two drive screws, installation is simplified by patented external screw-pressure-plate back wire clamps for a reliable connection.
