To simplify PoE installation and troubleshooting, LinkIQ displays the pairs where power is provided, showing the different power levels and pairs for dual-signature implementations. LinkIQ performs load testing up to Class 8 (90W) by placing a load on the connection to ensure that the advertised power is actually being delivered across the cabling infrastructure. LinkIQ has a large, gesture-based touchscreen that displays a great deal of information and provides clear, easy-to-use controls such as sliders and a full keyboard. Its simplified TEST function displays results according to what’s plugged into the unit’s single RJ-45 connector.
