Product Overview
The modular plug breakout adapter allows in-line testing for any plug/jack combination. It includes two 4-pair outlets plus a 6-inch modular cord terminated with our 4-pair universal plug for accessing any standard 6 or 8-positing jack. Individual conductors are broken out by pin number and correspond to eight separate test pads. Test equipment can be securely attached to the test pads using alligator clips. USOC, T568A, and T558B wiring charts are printed directly onto the modular adapter body.

- Modular cord is made of 26 AWG strandedWire, 6" length
- Detachable universal plug cord fits any 1-, 2-, 3-, or 4-pair line jack
- Test pads are made of tin-plated grade A copper alloy and have a tab for secure grip with use of alligator clips, for hands-free testing
- Secondary jack provides in-line test option
- Plug/jack contacts are made of grade A copper alloy plated with 50 microinches of gold over nickel
