With x.doc, you can create, track, sign and manage proposals — all on one platform. You can also integrate x.doc with your ADI account and favorite business apps to help make proposals and purchasing easier than ever.
Yes, any templates you develop can be reused for a different project, so you can generate proposals quickly without starting from scratch each time.
You can send your proposals to customers via a trackable link. Your customers can access the proposal through the link and digitally sign it to accept.
The trackable URL feature lets you know when the proposal is viewed and approved.
Once your customer accepts a proposal in XTEN-AV, you can add the proposal items directly to your ADI shopping cart by clicking “add to ADI cart.” With one click, products are added to your ADI cart, where you can complete the checkout process.
